本規約は、Bayfront Software（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「KataCopy」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
当社は、本規約に従うことを条件として、利用者に対し本アプリの非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能な使用権を許諾します。本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル・改変・再配布は禁止します。
利用者は、本アプリで再生・比較する動画を適法に取得・撮影していることを保証します。第三者の著作権・肖像権を侵害する行為は禁止します。当社は、利用者が本アプリを通じて取り扱うコンテンツについて一切の責任を負いません。
「KataCopy Pro」は買い切り型の非消費型アイテムです。一度購入すると同じ Apple ID で永続的に利用できます。返金は Apple のポリシーに従って Apple が判断します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、当社は完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について一切の保証をしません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。スポーツ等の練習は利用者自身の責任と体調管理のもとで行ってください。
当社は本規約を予告なく変更できるものとし、変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

By using the iOS app "KataCopy" provided by Bayfront Software ("we"), you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KataCopy subject to these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the app.
You warrant that you legally own or have recorded any videos used with KataCopy. Infringement of copyright or personality rights is prohibited. We are not responsible for content you handle through the app.
"KataCopy Pro" is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. Once purchased, it remains available across your Apple ID. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app. Practice at your own risk and within your physical limits.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be subject to the Tokyo District Court.
